• These Terms of Service are effective from 6 September 2025 and govern your use of Salt & Touch’s services, including treatments, bookings, gift cards, and our website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings - can be made online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Cancellations - we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full treatment price.

• Arrival - please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any consultation forms and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time.

Health & Safety

• For your safety and wellbeing, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable without modifications or approval from your healthcare provider.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Salt & Touch gift cards and vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Vouchers may be redeemed for treatments of equal value, upgraded to a higher value with payment of the difference, or split across multiple visits.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards, gift vouchers, and other payment methods listed on our site.

• Salt & Touch reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that appointment.

Website & Content

• Our website, images, text, and branding are owned by Salt & Touch or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salt & Touch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to resupplying services or refunding amounts paid, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms

• Salt & Touch may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
